Little Olympics

Starting the day we will welcome everyone and explain the format of the day. We will begin with practising athletic events such as indoor javalin, speedbounce, long jump, sprinting etc. Children will also learn the olympic team sport of Futsal (small sided indoor football) prior to competing in the afternoon. Following the mornings activities children will be given a country to represent and subsequently make their own flags and banner to wear in their events. After lunch competitions begin! Starting with futsal and athletics, the day will be concluded with a triathalon consisiting of a bike , run and swim. Please note children need to be able to swim independently, lifeguards will be  present. The day will finish with a prize giving and of course medals! 

We have our family swim in the evening after the event so parents and siblings are more than welcome to bring their swimming kit and join in on the fun after watching the prize giving! 

Children must bring their own lunches and water bottles and swimming kits.  Drinks will be available throughout the day.  

Children who come to the event will be allowed to swim at family swim for free!
